We're back with some exciting news — CLA EuroCup eFootball Season 41 was incredibly thrilling for us. We're pleased to announce that we're back on top, and our gamer from the CLA Ukraine division pleasantly surprised us by taking silver in the tournament, a win that meant a lot to him. Congratulations to Ganger_29 for a well-deserved second place! In the past, he often placed in the top ranks, but with the recent increase in competition, it has been challenging for him. We also want to mention that the tournament took place on the new EA FC25 football simulator, which adds significant value. Let’s briefly go over the journey of our silver medalist.
Due to recent league updates, the tournament qualifications lasted for 3 weeks, giving all gamers enough time to prove themselves and secure a spot in the CLA EuroCup. The new Daily Qualifiers format offers four spots, but only two are guaranteed to advance directly to the group stage, while the other two must fight again in the Last Chance stage. Ganger_29, however, skipped the Last Chance stage by advancing directly from qualification, scoring 80 points and securing one of the two available spots.
Entering the Group A in the Group Stage from his second-place qualification, Ganger_29 faced quite strong opponents. However, with no losses, which played greatly to his advantage, he advanced through the group stage and secured a place in the Upper Bracket of the tournament's final stage with a confident result of 2/3/0 and a total of 9 points.
Then came the long-awaited, toughest stage for everyone — the Playoffs, where the best of the best gathered for a final push toward the title. For Ganger_29, it was crucial to stay in the upper bracket, and his first opponent was a gamer from his own division, CLA Ukraine — D3VA, who is among the top three players in the division. Surprisingly, D3VA was defeated with a score of 2:0 — just incredible! His next opponent in the upper bracket was a gamer he would soon face again. With ease, he secured another win with a score of 2:0, advancing to the final, where the champion would be decided. There, he faced the same gamer from CLA Poland whom he had previously defeated before reaching the final — dewidek. However, perhaps due to overconfidence or feeling too relaxed after his earlier victory, Ganger_29 couldn't win the final. Unfortunately or fortunately, second place is sometimes just a matter of luck. Let’s congratulate Ganger_29 and wish him more victories in the future, reminding him always to stay alert and never relax too soon!
